Return and Refund Policy
Please call customer service at (813) 596-5698, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you.
Customers have 7 business days from the day that the order was received to report the following:
- Damaged items, lost packages/items. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- If a delivery order is rejected, the customer will be responsible for a $20 UPS return label fee (per label).
- If Green Eagle Labs has sent the wrong items, all fees will be waived.
- No Returns, Exchanges, or Credits on Custom Orders.
- If a product has been used the sale is final.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to properly pack, ship, and insure the contents of all returned packages are sent using a traceable ground shipping method to the address provided by our customer service department.
- Online orders will not be accepted for refund or exchange within our retail/outlet locations.
- Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. When approved, you’ll have the option to be refunded or credited in exchange for another product of the same value. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
